Teknik Döküm A.Ş. processes the personal data shared via the contact form at www.dokumvetozmetal.com — including name-surname and contact information — for the following limited purposes:
a) To address the individual using the form appropriately,
b) To identify requests for statistical purposes,
c) To use as evidence in case of possible disputes.
These personal data are not shared with third parties.
These personal data are automatically processed via telephone based on the legal ground stated in Article 5 of the Law: “it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
