The Indutherm VC (also known as HTC) Series casting machines are high-tech systems specially developed for precision casting under vacuum and pressure. Used in fields such as jewelry, prototyping, dental technology, and industrial part production, these machines offer great flexibility and reliability with a broad material range, controlled casting environment, and modular structure.
VC series machines perform casting under pressure and vacuum, enabling pore-free and homogeneous castings even for the most complex forms. The metal is melted via induction heating in the melting chamber and then transferred to the vacuumed mold chamber under pressure. This method ensures excellent results, particularly for complex and detailed models.
The operation principle allows the melting and mold chambers to be managed independently, making “overlapping production” possible. While one flask cools, the next melting cycle can already begin—saving time and boosting productivity.
VC series machines are equipped with full digital control systems, allowing precise programming of every aspect of the casting process. Parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum duration, stirring, and casting time can be set by the user, with up to 100 casting recipes stored in the system. This ensures consistent results with each batch—an essential feature for professionals.
In addition, numerous pre-set programs come loaded from the factory. Optimized settings for alloys like AGS, Legor, Heraeus, and Pandora help operators achieve excellent results right from the first flask.
The VC series includes various models tailored for different production volumes and scenarios. Each machine can reach high working temperatures (between 1500–1600°C) and accommodate various crucible and flask sizes. Key technical features include:
Induction Heating Technology: Enables fast and homogeneous melting.
Vacuum and Pressure System: Prevents oxidation and enhances surface quality.
Turbulence Reduction Software: Minimizes turbulence and air pockets during casting.
Automatic Chamber and Flask Lifting Systems: Enhance user safety and ease of operation.
Vibration System (in selected models): Helps metal distribute more evenly within the mold.
VC series machines are compatible with a wide range of alloys including gold, silver, platinum, palladium, stainless steel, bronze, and brass. Certain models are also suitable for challenging materials like titanium and aluminum. From jewelry to medical parts, dental components to industrial prototypes, the VC series delivers professional results in every application.
