The AUG 1000 is Indutherm's compact and flexible gas atomization system, ideally suited for small to medium-scale metal powder production. Offering generator options of 12 kW, 20 kW, and 30 kW, it can reach temperatures of up to 2000°C. The system can handle between 1 and 22 kg of bronze or between 2.5 and 22 kg of steel (HTC), depending on the selected crucible size and material.

This model is equipped with a fully sealed chamber that allows for melting and atomization under vacuum or inert gas conditions. This ensures extremely low oxidation rates and high powder purity—oxygen levels below 0.5 ppm can be achieved, which is essential for high-performance additive manufacturing and metallurgical research.
