The AUG 3000 is engineered for medium-scale production and offers the ideal balance between productivity and flexibility. It is equipped with a 30 kW induction generator and supports melting capacities of up to 22 kg for bronze and steel alloys. With a maximum operating temperature of 2000°C, it meets the demands of a wide range of metal types, including reactive and high-melting-point materials.

Like the AUG 1000, this model features a sealed vacuum chamber with inert gas compatibility, ensuring high-purity, oxidation-free powder production. Its HTC+ version is optimized for high-temperature alloys such as platinum or superalloys used in aerospace and medical applications.

The advanced nozzle design and highly stable process control enable the generation of homogenous, spheroidal powders with excellent flow properties. It also supports quick and clean alloy changes, thanks to its modular, easy-to-clean crucible and chamber setup.
